Referees
We are proud to have a number of our older players now trained to referee matches for the younger age groups. Please consider that these referees are under 18 and are therefore also children. Please work with us to ensure they are respected by everyone on and around the pitch. If you witness ANY type of negative behaviour towards a referee, player or other young person please report it to a coach or to our Welfare Officer immediately.
Fairplay
Our focus is on ensuring everyone enjoys their match day experience, whether they are a player, a referee, a linesman, a coach or a spectator. Please be respectful to each other, and particularly to our volunteers, without whom we wouldn't have a match day to go to.
PLEASE REMEMBER
These are children
This is a game
Coaches are volunteers
Referees are human
This is NOT the World Cup
Negative or poor behaviour from players, coaches or spectators will not be tolerated at any time. Our Club Welfare Officer will be on site should you have anything you wish to discuss with them.
